Each of the 4 large bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, large flat-screen smart TVs, seating areas and writing desks. The first is located on the entry level. French doors provide a private entry to a large bright and airy bedroom with a King size bed, a large comfortable chair that converts to a Twin bed, blinds on all windows for privacy, full primary bathroom with shower/tub combination, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a writing desk. It is perfect for someone who prefers a large bedroom on the same floor as the entry, kitchen, dining and living areas without encountering stairs.
Off this bedroom is a cozy family room with a modern glass fireplace in a 40’s style corner, large flat-screen TV, a Queen size sleeper sofa, and a breakfast nook with seating for 4. A modern half bathroom is located convenient to the entry, dining room, and kitchen.
The remaining three Suites are located on the downstairs second floor. The Primary Bedroom Suite is stunning, with a King size bed and tall headboard, a spacious sofa seating area, large flat-screen TV, modern glass fireplace and amazing ocean views. No outside noise after 10pm, otherwise the police will be called and the violation will result in immediate eviction and $1,000.00 fine.
Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company, self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
